MAKTOL aims to ensure that everyone, including users with disabilities, can use the platform with ease. We take the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines as our reference and continuously improve accessibility.

Principles we apply

• Full keyboard navigation and visible focus rings (focus-visible).
• Skip-to-content link and meaningful page structure (landmarks/heading hierarchy).
• Descriptive labels for screen readers (aria) and meaningful image alt texts.
• Attention to colour-contrast ratios and support for “reduce motion” (prefers-reduced-motion).
• Mobile-first design with touch targets of at least 44px.
• Full content in five languages (Turkish, English, German, French, Chinese).
